California has recently passed legislation regarding ADU's that make it much easier and less costly. All Cities have different regulations regarding them, so every situation and need is different. No matter what kind of remodel you wish to do, it is handled mostly in-house. The only things we sub out is hardwood floor finishing, custom cabinetry and stone counter fabrication. Everything else is done in-house.

I personally have over 46 years of physically building homes around the Bay Area. That is not combined, like my competition! That gives us an advantage over others. Experience is the best teacher of any craft. I started right after High School in 1978. Four years in the Carpenter's Apprenticeship Program and then honing my craft as a journeyman, foreman and superintendent until 1989. Dee and I started our company in 1989 and I am very proud to say that we are still here almost 35 years later.
